Ice Cream, Parks, and Gymnastics, oh my!

This past weekend, we went for a walk through Cooper Creek park. This is where E's Bday is going to be! Its a neat little park.. just watch out for the nasty hissing geese!

A neat little inlet that you can walk down

Of course, no good park trip is complete without frozen yogurt! E loves the banana and strawberry flavors!

More gymnastics!

E loved these bars!

WEEEEE

She didn't want to let go and wanted to keep doing more after she was all done

She also loved the tunnel!
John was home by 4:00.. just in time to take E to her class! (This is kind of a big deal, because it NEVER happened in Colorado!)

Flat rock park! We got some serious rain the other day, so the river was way higher than usual

Last time we were here, we could walk all over the rocks (thats when E and I slipped and fell), now its full of rushing water. Pretty neat

The ladies went for a walk on a really neat trail while the guys took E around the water and played in the grass. We learned that E loves throwing footballs and frisbees. Looks like maybe we will have an athlete on our hands. :)

AND SHE'S OFF!

Almost Exactly a month ago E took off crawling after some ping pong balls! We were on vacation in Florida and we should have known that, much like her dad, ping pong would be just the motivation she needed. Ha!

A few days ago peanut started taking some steps with her little puppy walker and today she took off running! Its crazy what she can learn in a few days. I think little Miss will be walking on her own in no time!

...and to add a little giggle in your day.. here is E around 3 months.. this was one of the first times that she really giggled and it was so cute! Love this little bug

Scenes from Georgia

Peanut loves her new room. Despite not having much room in the Apt, E's room is like 10 times bigger than the one at the house! She loves to dump over her tote and throw all the toys out of it (video to follow soon).

Hanging out at Flatrock Park. This park is about a mile from the house and is really neat! E likes to play in the water, but the rocks get really slippery when wet and E and mommy fell in the other day, so we haven't been back to the water since!

We spend a lot of time in this park! Mostly playing Frisbee golf with friends.

She lives being pulled around in her laundry basket

Tennis court at the apartment complex. We have spent a lot of time here too.

The pool at the complex. The water is not heated, so its pretty cold, but the hot tub is nice and warm and peanut likes to play in the kiddie pool which is only about a foot deep.

Peanut likes to sit in her stroller and eat animal crackers while we play tennis, but this day she got too hot, so we dipped her in the pool. Of course she loved it because it was so cold!

Aspen likes to chase Geckos from inside the apartment. This Gecko was tiny, but some of them get really big.

Having a dutch oven picnic in flatrock park with friends!

Driving into Atlanta

Fishies at the aquarium!

Albino Crocodile!

The ocean section of the aquarium has a huge viewing window.. and this wasnt it! This was the smaller one. The Georgia aquarium is the largest in the world and even has a couple of whale sharks in it!

This is a small portion of the viewing screen from the large tank

One of the sharks swimming over head

A really cool tunnel that you can walk through under the big tank

The huge viewing window! Notice how small the people look standing in front of it.

Peanut loved standing up next to the screen and watching everything swim by

HUGE sting ray! Its bigger than the shark!

Lookout for the sharks peanut!

penguin adventures!

How did peanut get in with the penguins?!

E and Uncle Abe!

Inside World of Coke, getting some samples

We stopped inside the CNN World Headquarters to get a coffee!

Shopping at Babies R us

The apartment complex at night

So, there you have it! Some scenes from around Georgia! Stay tuned for more pictures from our adventures!
